Fun button project

When I saw Jen Jockisch's idea for using up buttons and brads, I was instantly inspired to create one for myself. It's fun and therapeutic to do a crafty project like this. I made this to put in my daughter's room. The thing I love about this project is the versatility. You could make this neutral or masculine just by changing button colors. Here is my take... tfl!

I'm thinking about it... need to start sorting buttons! You did such a cute job with this, Sherry!

    1. I bought a bag of buttons from Hobby Lobby (in the scrapbook section.). I also added a few from my stash.

  3. Did you use hot glue or something else to affix the buttons? Was the "P" just poster board or something thicker?

    1. Hey, Lisa! I used Helmar's Quick Dry Adhesive. In hind-sight, glue gun would probably be a better choice. The "P" is a thick chipboard letter from Hobby Lobby. :)
